Washington Winnelson has an immediate need for a driven professional with proven management experience to lead our teams to achieve objectives and ensure operational readiness for planned growth.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager, workingdirectly with Company President, is a key member of management charged with critical objectives; including hiring, training, developingand managing the performance of team members.
• The number one Qualification is OUTSTANDING PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS. Industry and product knowledge is a valuable plus.
• Firm leadership is needed to iimplement and enforce standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Must have ability to make timely and high quality decisions to resolve and mitigate problems.
• Must be capable of quickly learning processes and applying acumen.
• Position requires a minimum of 5 Years of experience effectively managing a warehouse or similar operations (machiine shop or other setting in which multiple and varying functions take place).
• A minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience is preferred.
• Position is dynamic and involved; routinely working hands-on with team members.
